We guarantee that your gift will meet your satisfaction. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a replacement, exchange or refund.

We will be happy to include your personal message, see "Enclosure Card Inscription" on order form, or please send us your own greeting or business cards.

Standard Delivery Service
Suzette Homemade Candies makes every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of your request. All orders are shipped via UPS ground (3-5 day delivery), 3-Day Select, 2-Day or Next Day service as specified on your order form.

Helpful Delivery Suggestions
Please include a street address, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. In addition, insuring someone is available to accept the package will minimize the chance of delay.

Summer Shipping
At Suzette Homemade Candies we want you to enjoy our chocolates in perfect condition year round. Therefore, between May 1^st and October 15^th, your shipment is packaged with insulated containers and ice packs. If shipping outside the region bordering Iowa please choose 3-Day Select.
